1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cricketex online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at cricketex.vip and through the Cricketex Android application ("the Platform").

3 Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, Cricketex reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical winnings.

• You must not use a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Cricketex reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform, which remains subject to these Terms at all times.

4 Deposits and Payments

Cricketex accepts deposits in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your Cricketex account balance in BDT. No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.

Deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 10 minutes, please contact Cricketex support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to deposit again until the original transaction has been investigated.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered Cricketex account holder — are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Cricketex account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Cricketex aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes under normal operating conditions. 7 Game Rules and Fair Play

Game outcomes are determined server-side and are not influenced by player balance, session history, bet size, or any other external factor.

Each game on Cricketex has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game. Cricketex is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Cricketex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation (such as inactivity or player request), any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.
